Meteor Lights Up Skies Above Chicago, Midwest

A bright meteor streaked across skies in Chicago and the Midwest about 1:30 a.m. Monday.

At 2:35 a.m. Monday, the Chicago office of the National Weather Service jumped online to tell the world about a meteor that lit up skies across the Midwest just an hour earlier. Philipp Heck of the Field Museum joins us talk about the event.
