WTJX has partnered with the Department of Tourism Division of Festivals to host a three part series: Festival Arts Series. In this short series, we sit down with past Carnival Queens to discuss the “Road to Royalty,” meet with locally and nationally recognized costume designers, and talk to musicians that have helped build the music scene locally.
