The Finest Panfest 2019

The Finest Panfest celebrated their 25thh anniversary at this year’s annual concert. With Terrence D. Joseph as the Mast of Ceremony; the steel orchestras provided a sweet sound of music to the crowd. Some of the groups included Lew Muckle, St. Croix Christian Academy, St. John’s Episcopal Steel Orchestra and St. Thomas’s Panatics Steel Band just to name a few.
